All materials are archival quality to ensure years of enjoyment -- using state-of-the-art, full-color, digital printing on acid-free paper. Designs and photos display true-to-life colors with sharp, vibrant printing.
Hardbound Photobooks are professionally bound to the exacting specifications of the Library Binding Institute. Softbound photobooks are also professionally bound, using the double-fan adhesive method.

YOU CAN, I CAN CREATE ANYTHING YOU DESIRE. YOU CAN TAKE A PREMADE TEMPLATE DESIGN AND I CAN CREATE IT TO SUIT YOU NEEDS.
FOR EXAMPLE: I HAD A CUSTOMER FROM LAS VEGAS WANTING THE MOTHERS DAY TEMPLATE ADAPTED TO HER DAUGHTERS GRADUATION FROM KIDDY KOLLEDGE.
SO ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. THE CHOICES ARE ENDLESS.......

YOU WILL BE AN ENORMOUS PART OF THE PROCESS. I WILL SET UP THE DRAFT WITH YOUR PHOTO'S. I WILL THEN EMAIL THEM FOR YOUR APPROVAL, AT THAT TIME I ASK YOU TO SUPPLY ME WITH THE RELEVANT TEXT TO BE ADDED AN WHAT PAGES TO ADD IT TO.
THEN WHEN I HAVE FINISHED, I WE AGAIN EMAIL YOU WITH THE FINAL PROOFS FOR YOUR APPROVAL. I ASK THAT YOU CHECK EVERY DETAIL OF THE PROOFS AS WHEN YOU ACCEPT IT, THERE IS NO GOING BACK AND I ACCEPT NO RESPONIBILITY TO ERRORS YOU HAVE APPROVED.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY PHOTOBOOK?

ONCE I HAVE RECIEVED YOUR PHOTO'S IT WOULD TAKE NO LONGER THAN 3-4 WEEKS.

SHOULD I CROP MY PHOTO'S BEFORE SENDING THEM TO YOU?

We prefer to receive original, uncropped photos. This allows us more flexibility with enlarging and designing. If you have specific guidelines, please specify in the comments section when you check out.
Q: USE OF MY PHOTO'S
Will you use my photos/images without my permission?
A:
We reserve the right to use photos submitted to us as product samples at trade shows, website and publications. However, at your request, we will honour your wishes and refrain from using your photo in this manner.
Q: REPLACEMENT BOOKS
CAN I PURCHASE REPLACEMENT BOOKS IN THE EVENT THAT ON OF MINE GETS DAMAGED?

If your Photobook becomes damaged, we can offer a replacement at a discounted rate. Photobooks will be replaced at 50% of current price. In order to replace your product we must have your original product returned
Q: MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PAGES
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM PAGES FOR YOUR PHOTOBOOKS?
A:
THE STANDARD PHOTOBOOK HOLDS 28 PAGES INCLUDING FRONT AND BACK COVERS. OUR PHOTOBOOKS HOWEVER CAN HOLD UP TO 400 PAGES.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EXTRA PAGES ABOVE THE 28 PAGES. PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED ON HOW MANY EXTRA PAGES YOU MIGHT NEED.
Q: CAN YOU EDIT MY PHOTO'S FOR ME
CAN YOU CHANGE THE COLOUR OF MY PHOTO'S TO BLACK AND WHITE? CAN YOU EDIT MY PHOTO'S?

We will adjust colour if necessary. Removing or making any chnages will be at your request and may occur an additional charge.
Please stipulate any changes you may require when sending you photo's to us.

Once I've determined my file size meets your requirements, how do I send it to you?
A:
When sending photos through a photo-viewing program, please be aware that most programs re-size photos for quick transmission. To insure you are not sending a re-sized image, please follow these steps:
Open your e-mail program.
Create a new e-mail message and attach the file by clicking on the attach button.
When the attachment window opens, use the browser to locate your file.
Attach the file by clicking on the file.
Click ATTACH to insert the file into your email message.

If we receive a file that does not meet our size requirements, every attempt will be made to ensure a quality product. However, we are restricted by the digital limitations of small file sizes.

How do I determine the resolution of my digital photo/s

Microsoft Windows users:
From Explorer, locate and select the file you wish to determine.
Right-click the file and click Properties.
Within the file Properties you will be able to determine the size of the file you have selected.
Mac users:
From iPhoto, locate and select the file you wish to determine.
View the information window on the left.
Within the file information you will be able to determine the size of the file you have selected.
Q: RESOLUTION REQUIRED FOR PHOTO'S
WHAT IS THE BEST RESOLUTION FOR MY PHOTO'S AND FILES FOR YOU TO MAKE MY PHOTOBOOK?

To produce a quality enlargement, the resolution (file size) of your digital photo should be a minimum of 500KB.
